Development Associate: The Maine Heritage Policy Center is seeking an energetic, organized, detail-oriented full-time development associate to assist our director of operations. This position will report directly to the director of operations, and will be responsible for accurate database management, file management, event planning, coordinating direct mail projects, donor research, and preparing quarterly reports for the Board of Directors.
Qualified candidates for this position will have experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email in addition to experience managing databases. Must be able to multi-task and change direction with little notice to accommodate a donor request. Small office environment, must be team player. Occasional weekend/evening hours for scheduled events.
