Matt, Jake and Harris tackle the new two-year budget proposal by Gov. Janet Mills. She once again breaks her campaign promise not to support tax increases, and there is no major reform to government. There are, however, some cuts to spending in the Department of Health and Human Services and other changes which are at least somewhat promising to talk about as well.
