Setting the Record Straight on TABOR and Education in Colorado

However, the data shows that, if anything, Colorado schools have improved under TABOR, sometimes dramatically. In fact, though Colorado schools spend far less than Maine schools on a per-pupil basis, the performance of Colorado students meets or exceeds that of Maine students.
