Help Restore Parental Rights in Education!
Lawmakers on the Education Committee are considering bills that would restore parents’ rights in education by making school curriculum open and transparent to the public, and give parents the right to opt their kids out of certain classroom activities they deem inappropriate. Parents–not public schools–direct the well-being, education and upbringing of their children. It’s time to make this clear in Maine. Use the form below to contact the Education Committee in support of LDs 1129, 1199, 1643 and 1800 this session to restore parental rights in Maine’s education system.
