Biography
Veronica Wilson is the Development Officer for Maine Policy Institute.
As Development Director, Veronica is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of major donors and prospects to support the mission of Maine Policy Institute and Maine Civic Action, working closely with the development team and chief executive officer
to meet annual fundraising goals, and building long-term philanthropic relationships.
Veronica brings 20 years of fundraising and political campaign experience in the free market space. She has spent the last decade helping educational choice nonprofit organizations pursue their missions, including seven years with EdChoice (formerly the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice), the Educational Freedom Institute and the American Federation for Children.
Prior to her work expanding education freedom for students and families, Veronica worked as a campaign consultant and manager, helping candidates get elected to various posts in federal, state, and local offices in her home state of Indiana.
